I said I would consider it, but that I was really hoping to establish a precedent, legally speaking, beyond Torrance. It’s part of my tribute to him. He’s filed suit against Torrance, the proud home of Exxon/Mobil’s refinery, for stopping him from installing solar panels in the Hillside Overlay district. Pass it on.
