If we followed Gainsville Florida’s lead and voted in feed-in tariffs people would be renting roof space to put up more solar. And now Gainesville, Florida has a real estate boom going on only it’s for roofs and not ground. THE HOLY GRAIL OF SOLAR: $3 A WATT, CHEAPER THAN COAL. And at sub $3 you’re cheaper than coal.
