World Bank/ICCT report provides guidance to reducing black carbon emissions from diesels in developing countries

The World Bank has published a report, undertaken by a team from the International Council on Clean Transportation (ICCT), intended to inform efforts to control black carbon emissions from diesel-based transportation in developing countries.
