This is due to the 30 to 40 percent increase in emissions EVs create in comparison to manufacturing an ICE vehicle, mainly from its battery production. In Poland and China, for example, an EV would need to be driven 78,700 miles to break-even. The answer is perhaps some, but maybe not too much.
