Behavioral change is hard How willing are people to break their car dependency and other energy-related behaviors to address climate change? The answer is perhaps some, but maybe not too much.

Engineering proptypes enjoy a tax break. Companies can not sell engineering prototypes in which the company got R&D tax breaks in developing the product. Denmark did that with Wind Power and now most of their energy comes from wind rather than oil, natural gas, or coal. But companies can not sell engineering prototypes.
