Under the terms of the deal: Linc Energy will invest US$6 million in cash into PowerHouse and grant certain rights to PowerHouse to use its FT gas to liquids technology for PowerHouse’s waste to energy applications.

The primary objective of conventional hydrotreating is to remove impurities present in petroleum feedstocks, such as sulfur and nitrogen, via the addition of hydrogen.
