Board chair Mary Nichols The push to redo the report was initially championed by Board member Dr. John Telles of Fresno and then picked up by Board member Ron Roberts, who also is a San Diego County supervisor. As a result, there are fewer cleaner trucks than the original staff projection. Truck activity is also significantly reduced.
