The outer one was filled with water, the inner between the two walls supposedly had wild animals roaming around. I rode cleaner shtyle with the driver and reached the hotel at 1940 hrs. The problem - lack of water. Rain water harvesting was tried out. An artificial lake, Moti jheel, was also made for storing water.
