Royal Caribbean is making progress on energy efficiency and reduced emissions through such technologies as air lubrication, which sends billions of microscopic bubbles along the hull of a ship to reduce friction, and advanced emissions purification (AEP) scrubbers, which clean exhaust gases before they leave the ship.

New Ford S-MAX first worldwide to offer Intelligent Speed Limiter

Offering 210 PS (207 hp, 154 kW) and 450 N·m (332 lb-ft) of torque, delivered from 2,000 rpm, the new engine is offered with Ford’s six-speed PowerShift automatic gearbox and uses electronically-controlled sequential bi-turbo design for faster engine response. S-MAX has been designed to help protect an occupant in the event of a crash.
