Analysis by the International Council on Clean Transportation (ICCT) argues that EVs are the quickest means to decarbonize motorized transport. In states (or countries ) with a high proportion of coal-generated electricity, the miles needed to break-even climb more. This is not to imply in any way that electric vehicles are worthless.

Denmark did that with Wind Power and now most of their energy comes from wind rather than oil, natural gas, or coal. The Democrats have reached too far.
