One wonders if the recent headway at MIT in building lithium ion cells using ?virus? It was a Manufacturing Failure, as GM NEVER planned to build the car in Volume, so No Economies of Scale were ever achieved. You guys go ahead and buy your 40 mile per charge GM golf cart. Forget the black helicopter conspiracies.
