Plug-ins can be moving the USA to regain its energy independence with good ole homegrown American, if not Arizona solar, electrons! Particularly to the Plug-in Hybrids Electric Vehicle (PHEV) like the Toyota Prius before them as well as converting internal combustion engines into pure Electrics!
