My suggestion to the company would be to actually build a grounds-up EV. The last 5% takes much more time - and so if you have another person behind you, you are not expected to do a full charge. Jay’s first EV was the DC motor Reva, which he bought way back in the early 2000s. Candidates are: Safari, Punch and Altroz.
