My suggestion to the company would be to actually build a grounds-up EV. Also meeting BYD e6 owner! Throw in costs of the driver, electricity and maintenance, that would mean a minimum revenue required of Rs. The company is in the middle of evaluating which of the models to electrify next. 15 to 20 per km to recover investments.
