Green Car Congress appreciates EnerDel’s cooperation in sharing their process with our readers. Dave Hahn, EnerDel’s director of component manufacturing, said the process is very similar to making audio tapes although the coating is thicker for a battery (note: audio tapes were a common way of storing music in the 20 th century).
