For on-the-go juice ups, the idea is to exchange your dead battery for a fresh one owned by Better Place. While government data suggests the retail price of electricity is somewhere around 10 cents per KWH, the addition of taxes and fees puts the price somewhere aorund 16 cents per KWH on my electric bill. I’m depressed.
