In the Hawkins Electrical Guide, copy right 1928, there is a entire chapter on electric Automobiles. The Piaggio MP3 is a three wheeled maxi-scooter already being sold in the USA! Maybe three. Three wheelers were all over china already. If a go-cart cant legally drive there, then this thing wont be able to either.
