In the Netherlands TNT is still piloting EVs. Together with Electric Mobility Netherlands (Elmonet) Urgenda tries to stimulate large-scale introduction of (non-converted) EVs on the Dutch roads. I expect that in the long run EVs will attain a positive business case in the Netherlands. Why these different strategies?
