Ive found it facinating how car commercials changed the main MPG number they promoted before gas went over $4 a gallon as city miles. Notice in [link] that GM carefully avoids claiming to reduce CO2 by shifting to the grid, but leads people off the track by focusing on smog related issues. It is 12 years later. Never again.
