The Volt is, and always has been, more than than an electric car. It isa fundamental change in direction for GM. GM will leapfrog Toyota and Honda by providing an electric car to the masses by the end of next year. Wired Home Subscribe Sections Cars 2.0 The Obama Administration doesnt understand that.
