As March came to a close, the Obama administration found GM and Chrysler’s restructuring plans “not viable.” Chrysler was told to consummate with Fiat quickly or else. Here's my April column. The car came straight to Omaha from the Detroit auto show. BYDs breakthrough all-electric E6, photographed at this years Detroit auto show. One told me he was appalled when he learned that Ford, which lost billions last year, had staged a gala at the Hotel George V during the Paris auto show. In between, they stopped in Omaha.
