US prices for the 2016 A3 Sportback e-tron plug-in hybrid electric vehicle ( earlier post )—the first of many Audi e-tron models destined to come to the US—will begin at $37,900. The first electrified Audi sold in the US, the A3 Sportback e-tron will launch at dealerships nationwide in October. Plug-in hybrid system.

Audi of America, Inc. announced that the all-new 2015 Audi A3 sedan will arrive in US showrooms in the first quarter of 2014. Audi of America also confirmed that it will offer the A3 Sportback e-tron plug-in gasoline electric hybrid (PHEV) model in the US market later in 2014. Audi connect.
