EPA is soliciting peer review scientific feedback to ensure that the rule when finalized contains the best available science. It must also achieve a lifecycle GHG emission reduction of at least 60%, compared to the gasoline or diesel fuel it displaces. The law calls for indirect land use change to be part of the [lifecycle] analysis.
