The Rivian can tow 11,000 pounds, on virtual par with the maximum 11,300 pounds of the beefiest Ford F-150 pickup, America’s best-selling vehicle for 39 straight years. An optional 180-kilowatt-hour battery (for $10,000) extends range past 400 miles. It’s a situation Rivian might want to address, pronto.
