However, there has been public pushback over how to pay for the plan and its push to decrease personal driving by imposing a mileage tax. The San Diego backlash over a mileage tax may be just the beginning.

They leased a few (at a loss) to those that could afford it. Denmark did that with Wind Power and now most of their energy comes from wind rather than oil, natural gas, or coal.
