The driver's door latch mechanism was broken, so I couldn't take a look at the build tag and see the assembly date for this car (this is a common problem with junkyard vehicles). The New Sable only lasted through 2009, but the New Taurus held on until 2019 (after which it was replaced with… I dunno, some kind of truck-shaped vehicle).
