The bill in question, HB 3994, aims to update and change parts of existing Oklahoma statutes related to the state’s auto industry. a Chevrolet-Buick-GMC dealership, until October 2018. . Tesla is already not allowed to directly sell its cars to consumers in Oklahoma, but HB 3994 could give the company even more headaches.
