Volkswagen Truck & Bus is focusing on automated driving, connectivity, and alternative drive systems. We will be launching the first small set of vehicles on the market at the end of 2018. Scania is involved in a platooning project in Singapore, where the plan is to have platoons run on public roads between two port terminals.

With a history spanning more than a century, ADL has more than 31,000 vehicles in service in the UK, Europe, Hong Kong, Singapore, New Zealand, Mexico, Canada and the United States sold under the Alexander Dennis and Plaxton brands. This is a transformational acquisition for NFI to become a global bus manufacturer.
