Tire noise was minimal Wind and road (tire) noise was low, but at times the engine was noisy during stress, such as aggressive acceleration or climbing a grade. When the engine is winding-out at the highest rpms it can be bit noisy. Launched in 2018, the Kia Rio had a front end restyling last year (2021) with a new bumper and redesigned grille intakes, a narrow black grille with tasteful chrome accents and, on the S trim level, LED head lights. The ride was supple, but not soft or floaty, and felt great on winding roads. Plug often for the best results A dual voltage charging cable is included that can fully charge with a common 120 volt household outlet in eight hours. With a 240 volt Level 2 charger (at a maximum of 3.6 kW), it takes five hours for a full charge.

The power-adjustable and heated exterior mirrors provided excellent rear visibility and were quiet going through the wind. The 120-volt power outlet is a useful feature, as was the running board step and the corner steps on the rear bumper outer edges. & the baby brother midsize diesel—the 2018 Chevrolet Colorado Duramax.

The GV60 has limited wind and road noise partly due to the low 0.29 The smooth body surfaces on the GV60 are unencumbered with chrome, except on the Volt DLO design feature where the rear side window and the hands-free power lift gate meet.
