On March 20, the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) announced the final vehicle standards for cars, pickup trucks, and SUVs. The target amount of average tailpipe emissions gets a bit lower each year, resulting in progressively cleaner cars. Also, 37% percent of households have more than one car.
