In addition to the European car market recording tepid growth in 2019, CO 2 emissions have continued to increase, despite new regulation designed to curtail this, according to JATO Dynamics. Last year, the volume-weighted average CO 2 emissions for European markets were at their highest recorded levels since 2014. —Felipe Munoz.

Speaking of Dinosaurs.the Mitsubishi Outlander PHEV was 3rd last month, with 202 deliveries, while in #8 we have two surprising models, with the Ford Kuga PHEV delivering 117 units, so it seems Ford's SUV deliveries are starting to recover, while the Porsche Cayenne PHEV had its best score since December 2015, also with 117 registrations.

Mitsubishi Fuso, 90% owned by Daimler AG, has improved the performance of its Fuso Canter light-duty truck. At the same time, CO2 emissions have been reduced by a similar amount. The new Canter offers compliance with Euro 5b+ emissions for the light versions up to 6.0 Emissions standards and testing.

Looking at the 2020 ranking , the Renault Zoe secured its 3rd Best Seller title, after the 2016 and '17 trophies, the French hatchback managed to beat last year winner, the Tesla Model 3, thanks to a deep refresh done in late 2019, that allowed it to more than double its sales in 2020, touching the 100,000 units in one year.
