California Air Resources Board (ARB) staff are to present the results of these reviews to the ARB by 1 January 2012, and 1 January 2015. Some of these are performance-based standards, similar to the LCFS, while others are biofuel mandates that may or may not take into account the full fuel lifecycle analysis.
