Coda to bring electric vehicles to California

A new company formed under the stewardship of Miles Rubin, known as Coda Automotive, will introduce an affordable, full-performance all-electric sedan built by Hafei in China to the California market in 2010. The hope for Coda Automotive is to sell 2,700 units in 2010 with production capacity reaching 20,000 units in 2011.
