Showed BlueZERO E-CELL PLUS series PHEV concept in December 08. Has shown some concept fuel-cell PHEVs. todays answer is "Yes -- but not yet."

For extended range I guess one could carry a fairly modest generator set in the trunk to avoid ever being stranded. The modular concept also allows scalability even within your own car.
