iMiEV Mitsubishi Innovative Electric Vehicle by Noel Adams Mitsubishi has been showing a number of electric cars at auto shows starting in Tokyo back in 2005, they didnt show the most recent iteration, the one that will be the production version, until the 2007 Frankfurt Auto show. The i-MiEV isnt just a science project either.

In addition to a recent electric car deal with NISSAN Motors ( NSANY ), Portland General Electric, the Oregon state governor and GE have also announced a joint venture with Mitsubishi Motors ( MMTOF.PK ) to develop and sell the Miev electric car with 85 mile range by 2011. Electric cars a still a joke.
