ConocoPhillips has entered into definitive agreements with subsidiaries of China-based Sinopec International Petroleum Exploration and Production Company (SIPC) to sell its 9.03% interest in Syncrude for $4.65 The company anticipates 20% CAGR from 2007 to 2019 to almost 300 million barrels of oil equivalent.
