This SAE spec would make it so you could go to a gas station and they would have the proper voltage and plug for your car. Apr 19th 2009 4:54PM Or fuel cells (ex: hydrogen). Now where to get that pesky hydrogen. but its never even been close to the amount of garbage that gas power vehicles produce. Neutral who? @

The whole operation could take less than five minutes, pretty much the same amount of time many people spend filling their gas tanks at stations today. Most charge points available today take much longer to re-energize batteries than it does to fill a gas-powered cars tank.
