The two body styles parallel the pair of H2 versions sold from 2002 to 2009, when Hummer was one of eight brands offered by GM. Before Tesla, they were seen as nerdy golf carts, far from usable as “real cars.” Back in the day, the original Hummer H1 was a military vehicle with a light veneer of consumer comfort.

The Think City was short-lived in the States with production halting in 2002 after just 1005 cars had been assembled. They are either glorified golf cart city cars like this one or they are only for the very wealthy like the Tesla. Re performance- with proper engineering, a small light car can protect a driver well.

We should be concentrating on eliminating the hoggiest of the hogs by hybridizing them or reducing their acceleration which BY ITSELF reduces consumption since it leads drivers to unlearn stop and go driving, instead timing arrival at lights to when they are green. You guys go ahead and buy your 40 mile per charge GM golf cart.
