Mitsubishi will make its global debut of its Outlander plug-in hybrid (PHEV) at the Paris Motor Show this month. The Japanese carmaker claims it will be the first to produce a plug-in hybrid SUV when the model launches in its home country in early 2013, ahead of a launch in Europe and North America.
