One wonders if the recent headway at MIT in building lithium ion cells using ?virus? To get the most mileage, one could not have the radio, the A/C, or the headlights on. Think of driving any vehicle in the hot Los Angeles summer time. We are addicted to the gasoline tax both at the State and Federal level.
