One wonders if the recent headway at MIT in building lithium ion cells using ?virus? Blending the MPG of SUVs and small cars understates the real consumption and rewards automakers for building gas hogs and unsafe micro cars which makes people want to buy "safe" gas hogs. Forget the black helicopter conspiracies.
