Just two people live in its 3000+ energy-wasting square feet. I said I would consider it, but that I was really hoping to establish a precedent, legally speaking, beyond Torrance. It’s just this mind-blowing waste of time. He’s a great resource and wonderful guy and he’s a old solar hippy. And this is boring.
