For on-the-go juice ups, the idea is to exchange your dead battery for a fresh one owned by Better Place. I want to plug it in when I’m doing other things, be it at home or at the mall. PHEVs/EREVs can fill the gap and provide a cheaper alternative to BEVs until battery prices decline enough to take out the ICE.
