Mercedes-Benz Cars plants in Germany to be supplied with CO2-neutral energy from 2022

As part of the electric offensive, Mercedes-Benz Cars counts on local emission-free vehicles. In Kecskemét (Hungary), a second plant under construction will be CO 2 -neutral. This ensures a reliable power supply even in fluctuating grids. The decision also fits with our overall strategy. The plant will start operating in 2019.
