These projects put more than 9,000 alternative fuel and energy-efficient light-, medium- and heavy-duty vehicles on the road, and establish 542 refueling locations across the country. The vehicles and infrastructure being funded include the use of natural and renewable gas, propane, ethanol, biodiesel, electricity, and hybrid technologies.

The new paint line will cut CO 2 emissions in the painting process by 18% (12,000 metric tons annually) and reduce volatile organic compounds (VOCs) by 66%.
