The current line-up, a combination of gasoline-powered and battery electric sedans and SUVs, will be all-electric in 2030. note: “Electrified” is Genesis current nomenclature for its EV.

Kia Motors America (KMA) introduced the 2015 Soul EV at the Chicago Auto Show. Scheduled to go on sale in the third quarter of 2014, the Soul EV will be Kia’s first battery-electric car sold in the US. Following the launch of the Soul EV ( earlier post ) late last year in California, along with sales beginning in Georgia, Texas, Oregon, Washington and Hawaii earlier this year, Kia Motors America (KMA) is expanding availability of its fully charged urban runabout into four new states: New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, and Maryland.

The 2023 BZ4X small SUV is the first-ever mass production all-electric vehicle from Toyota. The BZ4X will be sold throughout the world, but in America it will be first offered (April 2022) in California, Colorado, Connecticut, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Oregon, Rhode Island, Vermont and Washington.
