Capable of a 62 MPH top speed and only around 75 and 110 miles of range per charge, the vehicle’s base model is available for a respectable $4,200. It won’t go over 62 MPH, but it’s another gas car off the road, something that is always a positive. kWh battery and the other a 13.8 kWh battery.

Since traffic is really light on Sunday morning, I drove to work (15 miles away) and back to see how the 914 would handle. It took me 30 seconds to get up to 60 mph. I'm not sure how much current these golf cart batteries are designed for.

Price tag: about $25,000, made from 95% recyclable materials with a top speed of 65 miles per hour and range of 110 miles per charge. I bet a used Stanley Steamer didn’t fetch much in 1925 when gas stations made it to every street corner. They are also useless if you ever need to drive over 100 to 200 miles in one trip.
