Total combined Toyota and Lexus hybrid vehicle sales in the US have topped the one million mark, according to Toyota Motor Sales (TMS), USA. Lexus will bring the CT 200h premium compact hybrid to the US market in early 2011 as the first dedicated hybrid vehicle in the premium compact segment. Lincoln’s 2011 Lincoln MKZ Hybrid ( earlier post ) now officially carries an EPA-certified 41 mpg rating in city driving and 36 mpg on the highway, making it the officially the most fuel-efficient luxury sedan in the US. The 2011 Lincoln MKZ Hybrid’s final fuel economy certification was completed this week.
