Rivian will build its next EV manufacturing plant in Georgia

Rivian Automotive has chosen Georgia as the location for its next United States production plant. “Building our recently announced second domestic manufacturing facility near Atlanta, Georgia (500,000 targeted annual production capacity with eventual co-located cell production),” Rivian listed in its list of achievements.

Rivian’s 2nd plant most likely to land in Georgia, stock responds

Rivian Automotive ( NASDAQ: RIVN ), fresh off of the first deliveries of its R1T all-electric pickup, is set to have its second United States plant land in Georgia. A new report claims that Rivian, based in Normal, Illinois, will bring a second electric vehicle manufacturing plant to the United States by building it in Georgia.
