Out in the desert as part of Burning Man , our encampment, Snow Koan Solar, is setting up a solar photovoltaic EV Charging Station (at 7:30 and Desert) for electric scooters, golf carts, sofas and barstools. We'll also be taking Burning Man art projects off petroleum generators by switching them to solar electricity.

The Renault-Nissan Alliance is building fleet charging stations in Portland and Phoenix. There are choices for 110 volt versus 220 volt, slow versus quick charges, and solar options. They are either glorified golf cart city cars like this one or they are only for the very wealthy like the Tesla. aren’t there yet.
